Account and billing

  • For plan changes, start in the billing area.
  • Paid accounts can manage access and cancellation from the account section.
  • Include the email on the account and the approximate time of purchase when you contact support at support@splitstep.net.

Training

Session feedback

  • If a drill feels too fast, too slow, or unclear, send the feed settings and what you were trying to train.
  • Useful feedback is specific: player level, space available, target movement pattern, and what broke down during the session.

Bug reports

  • Direct email to support@splitstep.net is still the fastest route for urgent issues right now.
  • Include device, browser, a short description, and repeatable steps.
  • Screenshots or short screen recordings are helpful when the issue is visual.

Partner and coach questions

  • Creators, coaches, and clubs can use the partner route for program information.
  • Support can handle questions about activation, promo codes, and assets.
