Account and billing
- For plan changes, start in the billing area.
- Paid accounts can manage access and cancellation from the account section.
- Include the email on the account and the approximate time of purchase when you contact support at support@splitstep.net.
Training
Session feedback
- If a drill feels too fast, too slow, or unclear, send the feed settings and what you were trying to train.
- Useful feedback is specific: player level, space available, target movement pattern, and what broke down during the session.

- Include device, browser, a short description, and repeatable steps.
- Screenshots or short screen recordings are helpful when the issue is visual.
